The appointment line has an absurdly long wait time. Just expect to be on hold for 15 minutes, if not longer.
If I could do a review without a rating, I would. This is the worst clinic I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. You cannot get ahold of anyone, numbers either don’t go through or ring constantly. No mailbox for a voicemail. Appointment line is a joke. I’m constantly on hold for long periods of time, only to be met by rude people answering and acting like you’re making their day harder by them having to schedule appointments. Called recently to make an appointment to talk with my PCM. However because I used the wrong terminology (because I’m not a doctor) to describe my non-emergency issues they would not make an appointment and referred me to the ER. If you need more than a bandaid or a pill you’re up the creek. I guess that makes more time for training if there’s no patients. Sick call hours are from 0730-0800, only half hour for is not enough.
