I really love my couch, and 371 Furniture had a great selection. The delivery team was great and incredibly personable. I was disappointed that I was quoted 2-4 weeks for a couch, and received after 10 weeks. I understand 371 furniture can’t control manufacturer timelines. Perhaps something can be done to manage customer expectations in the future with quoted delivery times; such as a courtesy call of any delays. Nonetheless, I love my couch!
