Parking system has issues, The gate was not openning and got deayed for 45 mints. This also happened for others in differents days, the customer service was not helping at all, I got help by someone has a member card and the gate opened using the member card.
The people working the garage are scummy, had to drop off friends after a show and parked in the common area to quickly use the main lobby bathroom, 2m later my friend calls me that they got a tow truck on my car and stole 100$ from me to get it back 3 damn minutes, while for 2 months the garage gates were broken to paid users and wouldn't accept payment to open so I was traped and pressing the assistance button did nothing. so I had to circumvent the gate(not paying) to get out.
