Troy and his team adopted my solar system, which was left abandoned due to the previous installer going bankrupt. Being abandoned was an issue, as RMA processing for SolarEdge requires an installer to process it. Unbeknownst to the previous owners of my property, the inverter was completely shot and did not have monitoring capability. They processed the RMA for my SolarEdge inverter, installed it once it was here, and also gave me access to SolarEdge monitoring once that was completed. Long story short -- I got lucky when I found Yen at 365 Solar. Going solar was a stressful project -- from deciding to actually do it, to looking for the right company to help me build it. I wasn't looking for a company that had to pay for ads to be featured at the top of searches.
