I called this store regarding a pool motor that has gone out in my rental house. They quoted me $299 for the Pump and $95 for the install. I could get the same exact pump for $165.99 at Pool Supply World. I asked if I provided the pump how much would they charge to install. They refused and they said they wouldn't do the repair if I didn't purchase the part from them. Your loss! Good thing San Antonio is HUGE and there's many companies who would glady take $95 for a 10 minute install. Good luck!
Thank you John - called after hours, in need of a pump motor. Not only did he have it in stock with all needed items to install it, he walked me through the process and took the time to visit. Great costumer service!
John has helped me maintain my above ground pool for about 15 years. He has gone out of his way many times to help me find or create replacement items for the pool and has taken his time to explain things in depth so I could handle simple repairs on my own.
