If I could give no stars, I would. This company is terrible! They tried to take advantage of me after Hurricane Milton washed river water into my pool. They not only estimated an unrealistic time schedule and promised my pool would be recovered within 12 days, but then kept making excuses on why they couldn't start the recovery. They sent their kids out to look at the pool and talk on their cell phones, dump some chlorine and charge me for each visit with no vacuuming of debris. 365 pools is tremendous, they handle our pool services at our Clubhouse and they are the best in the area. I would recommend 365 pools to every community, resort, and homeowner because they work hard for you and care about you. From the pool technicians, supervisors, office staff, to ownership, they are all amazing. Johnny and Tommy will take care of you daily and Allie in the office responds very quickly.
