EXTREMELY DISSAPONTED! VERY UNPROFFESIONAL! I HAVE MADE TRAVEL PLANS WITH FAMILY AND HAD RESERVATION CONFIRMED FOR 365 OCEAN SINCE FEB, 2025 FOR JULY 4TH WEEKEND 2025. JUST FOUND OUT (JUNE 23) THAT THE RESERVATION WAS CANCELLED IN JUNE 8 BY THE PROPERTY MGMT (4 MONTHS AFTER THE FACT) UNSUCCEFULLY, I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES CONTACTING THE PROPERTY MGR AND/OR MANAGEMENT CO. VIA PHONE CALLS, EMAILS, TEXTS AND HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. THIS IS NOT THE RIGTH WAY OF DOING BUSINESS.
When we arrived at the property, there was no staff present to welcome us or provide any kind of explanation. The phone number listed on Booking was unresponsive. It wasn’t until another guest noticed our confusion—due to the complete absence of staff—that she kindly shared a contact number and helped us get in touch.
