Jason is a great trainer. I was only planning on staying for 6 months and I am still here almost 2 years later. He knows what he is doing which also includes nutrition guidance. The other positive is that all the people here are really nice and helpful as many of them have been here for a lot longer than me. This says a lot.

Gyms intimidate me, especially starting at what feels like zero strength. Jason does a great job creating an atmosphere that’s easy to feel welcome in. I’m only 3 weeks in so basically everyone else there is way ahead in strength and ability, but I never felt judged and everyone is so supportive. Jason does a great job making sure you’re pushing your limit, and is easily able to adjust any workout to your ability. Just joined this gym, and I’m loving it! Jason is awesome and really knows how to keep people motivated. The community here is super friendly and supportive, making every workout fun. The vibe is all about positivity and getting better together. Can’t recommend enough!
