This gym is dirty, outdated, dark and in need of a refit. A lot of old equipment that hardly works (stair master, hair driers, pullie machines, incomplete weight set and hardly working aircon upstairs). Sauna, showers and changing rooms are old and broken, you leave feeling icky and itchy. Changing room wall had insects on it. Reusable wipes are wet when taken out of clean pile, a breeding ground for bacteria. The leaving policy needs to be reviewed from a legal perspective. Very laud and horrible music. no escape. so laud you cannot block it by your own music or any ear plugs. Even yoga class has deafening electronic very fast beat tunes while pilates class has screaming female voice very fast and laud pop. Obviously no chance to know it before you sign up. neither do they tell you how few classes there are suitable for a female my age. Music tests of the instructor herself is everything. you do not like that type of music - just get lost. no prisoners taken. I just asked to make it less laud, ... read more

365 Gym in Reading is amazing! They have so much equipment for glutes – honestly the best place to grow and shape your glutes. Machines and weights everywhere, perfect for a serious workout. Highly recommend!
