I love this place for late night and mid day workouts! The yoga swing and punching bag is a must. I felt very comfortable going alone as a woman. It’s actually owned by a woman. I love supporting woman owned businesses!!!

I went to get a gym membership but there was a guy out front who then came into the business filming everyone with his phone. Creeped me out. No thanks
