I was told at the counter there will be a charge of $60. I am ok with that. Went to pay - $158.00 please!!! But it will be refunded to your account through Medicare. The language needs to be changed - stop trying to soften the blow - "this is what we will charge you today and if your medicare account is up to date (mine wasnt) it will come straight back.
