Whatever you do, do not hire these cleaners for your end of lease clean. They do not honour the bond back gaurantee and when they do eventually reluctantly come back 'just to have a look' they will just not show up and not call you to let you know what is going on. I paid for a carpet clean, they didnt touch the carpets. I asked if they would clean the mould and they said they would use the cleaner that they had to try their best. They didnt touch the mould. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, BAD CLEANERS TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. I wish I could give less than 1 stars to them. They have done everything bad that they could. They changed of time and cancelled on me 3 times in a row, each time their customer service guy and manager promised me that this time they will not cancel and come on time, but again cancelled. We booked an end-of-lease cleaning job with this company in June 2025 - the kitchen vinyls were sticky, the carpet was soaking wet (you could see footprints left everywhere around the vinyls which were most likely from them stepping on and off the soaked carpets) and another bonus was them leaving a super obvious bleach stain on the living room carpet which we couldn’t take out unless we ripped out the whole thing.
