NEVER HIRE THEM IF YOU WANT A PROFESIONAL AND PROPER JOB. THE FOLLOWING PICTURES WERE TAKEN AFTER THE 1st CLEANING! We chose this company based on their “100% Bond Back Guarantee”, but the service provided was completely unacceptable. Less than 40% of the job was completed to a satisfactory standard. The bathroom was not cleaned at all, the carpets were left in worse condition than before, the windows were left streaky, the blinds remained dusty, and the floors were not mopped. NEVER USE THEM unless you want to end up having a horrible experience. I gave a 5 star review to their moving company called CBD Movers, but this cleaning company (365 Cleaners) is absolutely hopeless and provide the most pathetic service. They lie over the phone to get the order saying everything will be taken care of. Once the cleaners come to the site, then they will call you and make conditions saying this and that will not be covered. NEVER BOOK!! I would not recommend 365 cleaners to anyone. The service they provided with their Bond Back clean, was sub standard at best. On arrival they explained they have professional cleaning vans equipped with all the required cleaning items. For our clean, when the cleaners arrived they, had a small cleaning caddy and a vacuum. They missed all the internal windows, left marks of hard floors, and failed to clean the inside of drawers, left easy to get grime in the showers and sinks. I booked an end-of-lease clean with 365 Cleaners for $590, expecting a professional job and a bond-back guarantee as advertised. Unfortunately, the clean was mediocre at best and nowhere near end-of-lease standard. After raising concerns, requesting a re-clean was a painful process. Communication was poor and I was made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer with legitimate issues.
