Complete scam, they didn’t finish the clean and when we complained they said wait until it’s rejected by agent and they will look at it then. When I tried to call and discuss further they have not responded. They are avoiding any conversation at all to resolve this. I’ve had to pay someone else to come in and finish. They don’t communicate with the cleaning company They charge more once they arrive and there isn’t a guarantee on the carpet so they just mushed the dirt into the carpet instead of vacuuming properly. if you are looking for an end of lease clean, please look elsewhere. i had them come out to clean my apartment and they did a very average job. I had to get them out for a second time to clean again and still it was not up to standard of myself or the property manager. I will not be using them again
I would highly recommend not using this company. We used their service and paid up front for an end of lease cleaning. We were promised a steam carpet clean and thorough cleaning of our apartment, but honestly looked like nothing had been cleaned. Carpet was still dusty, walls, shower, toilet and most surfaces were still dirty. We had to end up cleaning everything ourselves. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! 100% bond back guarantee is a lie. They have prolonged my bond being processed! They left my bifold doors wide open all night didn’t even lock up the property after leaving. Paid them good money for end of lease clean on our 2 bedroom apartment. They demanded payment before leaving and I wasn’t available to check their work. They didn’t clean anything, hands down the worst job I’ve ever seen. I had booked cleaning, but the day before, I received a call asking if they could reschedule from 10 am to 6 am because they had a busy day. I said that would be OK, and could the cleaner give me a call before arrival. After finishing moving the day before at midnight, I had a call at 5:30 am.
