Stay away from 365Cleaners. Bond refund service went wrong. Shower glass dirty. Paid for windows to becleaned they never touched them. Toilet left dirty. Stove hood full of grease they did not cleaned it. Never book with them.
DO NOT USE THEM!!! If I can I would rate them 0 star. Called and cancelled on me on the day of cleaning. Rescheduled for next day between 7am and 9am but then I got a call at 9am saying they were going to come at 10am. This is ridiculous. Bad service and bad communication. I had to cancel them.
The team at 365 cleaning did a fantastic job. Highly recommend them
SCAM! DO NOT USE! FAKE CLEANERS DESTROYED PROPERTY AND LOST MY BOND!!! They even tried to buy my silence by offering a $50 bribe and if I accepted it they stated I was not allowed to leave a review and had to remove any negative comments and I would have to sign an NDA - all of this instead of refunding my money - I still never received my refund and they claimed the cleaners returned to fix the property but they never did. The service was booked for 10:00am–1:00pm, however the cleaners did not arrive until 5:25pm and remained for approximately one hour only. This is significantly less than the agreed service and does not reflect what was paid for. I paid $300 cash prior to the clean commencing, in addition to a $30 bank transfer (deposit already paid).
