What an absolute scam! Just do yourself a favor and stay away!!! They don’t know what a cleaner’s job is! Wanna just vacuum and leave with $300-500 just like that as if money grows on trees. Would never come up with a solution and keep calling me like millions of times. Tells me something over the call while taking the booking and then when their stupid work is done, they start sending new policies instead of admitting their fault!
I had the most horrible experience with this company. They promise “professional cleaning with bond back guarantee” that’s the biggest joke because their cleaning is not at lol professional and they give you fake promises just to get a sale but after the actual service the complaint department is rude and does not even offer a refund. The cleaners did a very poor job and that’s in no way a professional cleaning . I just wasted over $300 and will also not get full of my bond back! I would say do not take a service from here.
As other guy says These guys changed the time late night to 5 am, finished suspiciously quickly, And not letting us ro check saying carpet is wet now it will get dirty if walked in and they did very terrible cleaning and also leave marks of cleaning materials on floor. We lost our full bond. Please don't go for them.
They did a very satisfactory job so well done however they were very delayed from the agreed appointment time. Other than that all good!
Amazing - over the moon satisfied. They went above and beyond!
