Keith, his wife, their family, and the staff were wonderful to work with. I sent several large oriental rugs to 365 Carpet Cleaners for deep cleaning and new rug pads, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. They were always on time, very responsive, and clearly work hard to make sure every carpet is cleaned the right way. The pricing was fair, and the quality of the carpet cleaning and rug care was excellent. My rugs came back looking refreshed, clean, and well protected with the new pads. We are getting our duplex ready to rent in Gilroy, and we called 365 Carpet Cleaners because they did excellent carpet cleaning for our other unit before. This time they cleaned the carpets on the other side, and the results were just as good. They showed up right on time and finished the job in less than two hours. At first, I only planned to have 3 rooms cleaned, but the price was so affordable that I decided to add both floors and the stairs too. Colin was professional, very thorough, and made the carpets look fresh, clea... read more
I absolutely love this carpet cleaning service. I’ve been using them since I moved into my home, and every visit has been a great experience. The technicians are always professional, friendly, and very skilled with carpet and floor care. The first time I called was after my puppy chewed up an ink pen right in the middle of the living room carpet. You would never know it happened because the stain removal was amazing. Their pricing is always fair, and it’s usually easy to get an appointment quickly, even during busy holiday t... read more
If you want the very best for rug cleaning, this is the place to trust. I had a beautiful Nain rug with some serious cleaning and restoration issues that were beyond what I could fix on my own. Even though I know carpet and rug care well, there are only a few professionals I would trust with a piece like that, and Colin is at the top of the list. He is highly respected in the rug cleaning and restoration field, and the level of care, knowledge, and attention to detail really shows. If you need expert Oriental rug cleaning, s... read more
Our family dog had an accident on the carpet, and when I tried to clean the pet stain myself, it only spread and looked worse. I was hesitant to call a carpet cleaning company because of a past bad experience with another service, but the stain became too noticeable to ignore. I finally scheduled a professional carpet cleaning, and I am so glad I did. Jalen and his helper, Colin, came out and did an amazing job restoring the carpet. The pet spot treatment, deep steam cleaning, and overall carpet care made a huge difference r... read more
