I had written a review stating why I was so unhappy with with this service provider, 365care called and a message was left from one of the managers for me to contact her to discuss my feedback, I felt to be fair I would take down the feedback temporarily until I spoke to them about my concerns, but unfortunately once I took down my review and returned their call they ignored my messages and phone calls.
