i used a dryer vent cleaning kit from a home store, and the job was going fine until the last brush section snapped off inside my dryer duct. I tried several ways to get it out but could not remove it. Then i called roger, and he came out with professional dryer vent cleaning equipment and made a custom tool using a large treble hook. Fantastic experience with 365 Air Duct Cleaning. I had tenants in my 2/2 condo who smoked heavily and kept six dogs, which left strong odors in the air vents and duct system. Even after deep cleaning the unit twice, using vinegar, charcoal, and other odor remedies, the smell of dogs, feces, and smoke was still trapped in the ductwork and coming through the vents. They have cleaned my dryer vent and air duct system two years in a row, and the service has been great each time. My dryer vent is upstairs, and before this, other crews only cleaned it from the upper vent opening, so the airflow still felt weak and sluggish. This team checked the full vent line, even going into the attic, and found a full bird nest blocking the dryer duct.
