My wife and just moved in to 363 Bond Street. Their leasing agents were fantastic throughout the entire leasing process and beyond. Joe was so thorough and accommodating answering every question we had about the apartment availability and the building. And Michelle- she is amazing. Is this building worth the premium rent? The short answer, no. Hear me out. Since day one of moving in (just a month ago). I have had constant issues with this apartment. There is a constant drip that comes within the wall of my AC unit. Think unpredictable, sporadic audible dripping. At night, there's this constant hum/vibration that you can not only hear but also feel. I have not been able to enjoy a single night of rest moving in.
