Would avoid this place for a number of reasons. To begin, the canal is gross and the building has poor ventilation. I lived in this place for 3 years and there was something that needed fixing routinely. The bathroom vent in our unit was broken for approximately 3 months without the building managers being able to fix it saying only that it was not their problem and had something to do with the roof. This is the best bldg ever. I don’t just rent and apartment I have a home. Everyone who works here from Joe to Michelle. Tom and the whole crew. Family. I’m never leaving. Bldg is quite clean friendly. Staff goes above and beyond. Package’s maintenance cleaning. Always friendly helpful and so kind. I love it here a real Blessing
