Ryan is absolutely useless. Very frustrating to deal with. He will not answer his phone and very rarely answers texts. He never answers queries within the app. Communication is key. When you're sitting in a house with broken AC and it's 90⁰+ and he completely ignores calls and texts.... tempers start to fray. I would not recommend you use this company as property management or rent any property that they are involved in. I don't know for a fact, but I would imagine his real estate practices are the same. Ryan grifindor is the worst realtor ever good luck trying to get in contact with a realtor when you call the office they will always tell u that there is no licensed realtor to take your call at this time and everything is done thru emails. The guy sent my landlord an email that took 2 days and they received it at the office he did not even include a verification form sloppy work no communication good luck with your application fee.
