Went to see Jackson for the first time today and had a great experience. I've been experiencing tightness in my hamstrings and low back and have been trying to figure out how to lessen it. I felt a less tight after our first session, and have a better idea on what I should be working on.
Jackson really knows his stuff. I came to him with a tight shoulder and neck that was hurting my performance in the gym. With only 2 sessions I'm 80% back to normal. I highly recommend 360wellness!
