Really lovely office. There are calming sound machines, relaxing lighting and friendly front office and nursing staff. I love how easy it is to get a real person on the phone. I see Catherine and my friend sees Anna and we both have no complaints, I don’t think you can go wrong! I’ve been helped tremendously by this practice and am so grateful for the people here! They listen and really care.

Poor customer service, unorganized, rude staff and incompetent doctor (Catherine Warren, specifically). They treat their patients like cash cows, only caring about the money. Meanwhile, they leave patients in worse condition than they came. They also have friends leave positive reviews to try to keep their 5-star. It’s shocking they ever had 5 stars, to begin with. Great primary care!! They always take the time to really listen to their patients. They go out of their way even after hours if the situation warrants it. It’s like they are family!
