We had a leak that we previously called another company on, they didn't attempt to even try to identify the source and we were quoted a sump pump right away. Wanting a second opinion, we called 360 Water Damage. Milan came out same day, immediately investigated and located what is most likely the culprit. Our sump pump failed and we woke up to a flooded basement after torrential rain. Fortunately, we were able to get ahold of Milan at 360 Water Damage and he was able to get to our residence same day to assess the damage and begin mitigation. Milan is personable and honest and worked with us to provide stellar service as we began the dry-out process. He helped us navigate our insurance policy and worked with them to ensure that everything was on track. Highly recommend!

In the process of purchasing a property, I needed an inspection done to determine the presence of asbestos. I happen to find 360 water damage.
