Michael (360 Restoration, Inc.) was my general contractor after Super Storm Sandy damaged my home and my mother’s house in 2012. The scope of work involved removing and replacing hardwood floors, isolation, sheet rock and mole remediation. In the process, Mr. Higgins remodel my basement adding additional windows and lighting. After Superstorm Sandy I hired a contractor. My entire first floor was destroyed. Six months later my original contractor left. With my house half done I had nowhere to turn. My friend hired Michael Higgins and his company to rebuild her home and she recommended him to me. I have to say he went above and beyond my expectations. Attention was paid to every single detail and all my ideas were brought to fruition. I couldn't be happier.

I contracted Michael of 360 Restoration and his team to perform services for me on New and Existing school construction projects for the state. My experience with him and his company was both a professional and pleasant one. I would not hesitate to contract his services again on any of my jobs sites or to my clients.
