Just another average property management group. Not on the tenants side on any issue. Will actively lie to you, it's not uncommon to get two completely different answers to a single question depending on who you talk to.
EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND EFFICIENT. I picked Barb at random to value our house. She was extremely helpful and explained everything before she gave us a valuation and we agreed to put the house up for sale. Everything moved very quickly from then. She had the photographers out in the next 2 days, an internet Ad and an Open House for the following Saturday. She had the Monday as the final day for offers, and we agreed to the offer and were blown away by the efficiency of the whole process.
ACHIEVED PERFECT RESULT. The entire experience with Barb was an absolute pleasure starting with a preliminary appraisal 18 months before listing. When we eventually went to market, she explained every part of the marketing campaign including costs and advertising, so no surprises. She kept us fully informed throughout the entire process of offers and feedback from inspections, and achieved a perfect result for us in a fairly short campaign. I would love to be able to use her services again in the future.
