Great treatment with the greatest team
I didn't feel like I was a priority nor did I get any relief. Too many patients to one physical therapis all the time. I wish they would have a limit to how many patients they can have at one time. I would also not recommend this place if you have any emergencies or get sick at any time. I was told that I could wear a mask and still come in or everything would be cancelled. Physical therapy. . . What is different about 360 PT on 24th Street that I would give 5 stars?? The people. I’ve been through a lot of orthopedic surgeries. All PT providers have 4 walls, tables, machines and therapists but the people at 360 on 24th St in Phoenix are what makes this location so special. I work with Frieda and Payton most days and they are professional, kind and attentive. It isn’t even that which makes them stand out, they really enjoy their job! I came in with last resort in headaches n dizzy spells, know other way to get help. I found that this is much benifit me in my life. Israa was my PT and she helped me achieve my goal and get rid of headaches and dizziness. It got me with less headaches n dizziness now I'm so grateful for the staff so patient with me throw the hole session. .
