William is by far the best mechanic I have ever been to. He helped me with my previous car that had a lot of issues, fixed them for a fraction of what other shops would have charged. He also is honest, when he noticed another issue on my car he sent a video and didn't even try to push to charge me for it he just wanted me to know. I always recommend him whenever someone needs a mechanic - and my mother even drives over an hour to see him.
Kind, fair pricing, respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, and everything else positive you could use to describe someone.
