I met with 360 Patio Misters and was very impressed with their responsiveness and their technician. I intended to hire them for an expensive job. But, when I called back to try and understand the quote they sent me, which was much higher than I expected, the owner was completely unprofessional and extremely rude. They will not tell you how they got to the quote or even what percent of tax they are charging. It was very strange and I would not recommend them.
Love the work they did at my home! Refreshing to have a company with such attention to detail. I highly recommend 360. We priced out several company's for this work and they were competitive and clearly the best choice. Their field tech Matt was exceptional.
Very knowledgeable and thorough.
The communication, service, quality, and value were outstanding. We could not be happier. Between Matt and Lena, the process from beginning to completion was wonderful.
