Just had 360 painting do the entire exterior of our house along with some interior work. They did a wonderful job and were very easy to work with starting with a detailed proposal and a very reasonable start date for the project. The crew was excellent and very receptive to requests and questions. Highly recommended!!!!
The 360 Painting team did a tremendous job on our home. They were both professional and efficient from start to finish and we would highly recommend them for your next painting project. Tara and the Castro brothers worked diligently to transform our oak trim from orange to white, in addition to painting or staining other areas in our home like the staircase risers, doors, window casings, fireplace mantels, and exterior cedar siding. We will definitely use them again for future projects!
Had a horrible experience with this company trying to get my kitchen cabinets redone. Territory manager that came out to quote my job was very unprofessional had a very abrasive and aggressive attitude, didn't follow up on phone calls I made to ask a question and or even schedule the work, then finally actually told me that "they aren't the company for me?' I was shocked and didn't get much help from calling office afterwards would not recommend using this company. The one star is merely because there's no other options
We met the 360 project manager, Tara, and quality control manager, James a couple of months ago at the Kane County fairgrounds home show. We liked them immediately. Their proposal was very fairly priced based on a few other estimates, and we hired them. Their customer service is impeccable. Also want to give a shout out to Carla, who handles the scheduling for the team. Tara came to our house every day during the project. This was our 2nd time to work with 360 Painting. This was a small job, involving drywall repair and touch-ups on several interior doors. Carla and Tara were super easy to work with, and Ulysses and crew did a great job -- high quality and very professional.
