My youngest son goes here currently. Yesterday he was having tremendous mouth pain from one of his brackets. Instead of calling we stopped in at the end of the day. When we got there Paige was the person wo greeted us. She was getting ready to close for the day but took the time to help us out. She was not able to remove the bracket. It was the Dr's off day she took it upon herself to go to the next door dentists office and ask them to help. My son was in agony as his bracket slipped under his gums from something he ate. The workers at this place are very rude and annoying. I don’t have much experience with them at this building, but at their old suite (near Max & Erma’s), every time I had an appointment with them, they would constantly criticize and ridicule me for my brushing, show me lots of attitude, and were flat out rude and aggravating. Just awful people. I would recommend going to a different orthodontist.
I called to ask to make a replacement retainer. because I never been a patient there they could not take a mold my mouth and make me a replacement retainer, Furthermore when I asked the girl a few more questions she hung up on by he secretary Kay.
Out of all the places I went to when doing research on my braces, this place had not only the best reviews by dentists but also patients and had the most reasonable prices. The main thing that stuck out to me is how clean it is every single time I walk in. The floors are very very well kept and the rest of the office always have a clean smell and everything in order. We started with the office nearly 15 years ago and have not regretted our decision to use them for both of our children. The staff is wonderful and easy to deal with. You always feel welcomed and more than just a patient. Connie is amazing, she has been there every step of the way and even took time to speak in Alyssa’s class.
