I will give this location and company a 5 when they correct their error. I was told my daughter needed a trans-palatal arch or appliance, cost $650. The doctor told me it was needed for 8-12 months. A month and a half in my daughter's appliance broke and made her gums bleed, I told them immediately. They told me because it wasn't an emergency to wait for her next appointment, which was two weeks from that point. We saw the doctor on our next appointment.
