Staff are pleasant. Doctors are liars. Don't pay upfront for permanent retainer because there is a chance you will no long be approved for permanent retainer because of what ever excuse they want to give you... oh but they don't tell you that until you ask. When you do ask why all of a sudden this information is given on one of the last visits; because all the other visits when I ask how's it going? is everything looking good? They always say oh yes everything is looking good and he's doing a great job with his oral hygiene.... read more
Stay away. I wasted 3½ years in braces here and had to transfer to another orthodontist to fix the damage. Constantly changing staff, misleading “$2k braces” marketing, and treatment that drags on forever because they only schedule appointments every three months. Its a circus in there! After over three years, my bite and teeth were still wrong. I asked the orthodontist how much longer and she would say “3 more months” then “5 more”, she was not being honest. Prices were great, workers were great as well. Its just the whole recomend ppl to our office and we will give u a gift card for wvery person that gets their braces here. Atleast 4 ppl i know got them. For 1 year i fought back and forth for the 4 amazon cards they promised. Cuz i told my daughter they were meant for her. Never did i get a single one. WORST orthodontist ever. No other person that I know has ever had such a bad experience with their braces like my sister has. Their braces break, they don’t fit you in even for emergencies, and they are a pain to get in touch with. They are cheap for a reason. If I were anyone else, I would do more research and find a better place to get your braces, even if it means spending more money. Absolutely ridiculous place.
Up until today i always had a good experience. Now I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and rude behavior I experienced at this orthodontics office in Colton . A staff member actually threatened to terminate my son’s Ortho treatment simply because he had broken brackets, my son is a child and is expected for a child who plays sports.
