Staff are pleasant. Doctors are liars. Don't pay upfront for permanent retainer because there is a chance you will no long be approved for permanent retainer because of what ever excuse they want to give you... oh but they don't tell you that until you ask. When you do ask why all of a sudden this information is given on one of the last visits; because all the other visits when I ask how's it going? is everything looking good? They always say oh yes everything is looking good and he's doing a great job with his oral hygiene.... read more
Good prices and friendly staff, special shout out to Raquel, she has a lot of patience and does amazing work! I can actually bite down and eat a lot better because she took the time to do things properly.
