Hands down, best nail salon in Durham. I've been getting my nails done regularly for 20+ years in Durham, and I have FINALLY found home in 360 Nail Solutions! Carmen was my nail tech. My mom and I had pedicures by Tiffany and Kia today. It was absolutely the best pedicure either of us have ever had. Combined with lovely conversations and very sweet people. We couldn't ask for a more relaxing and fun time. We will be back! Thank you!

I had an appointment for a full set of acrylics with Carmen. The customer service itself was not what I primarily had an issue with. However, the execution of the design I wanted was extremely poor. The nails themselves were crooked and the nail art looked rushed; I would’ve paid $50 for the set I got at the most. The length of the nails I used for reference were long while I got short-medium.
