He came out to diagnose my motorhome leveling system. As it was not working. He was there for approximately 45 minutes, and He charged me almost double of what he had quoted me on the phone for the diagnostic fee, however, I didn’t say anything, since he assured me that he had pinpointed the problem as being the control board. Mark is an awesome guy. He met me at a place where I was looking to buy a boat and only charged me 150 to inspect this boat to see if I wanted to purchase it. He gave me the good and bad. A few days later I decided to buy the boat. It did need about $2000 worth of repairs before it would be lake ready, so I called 360 mobile rv and boat repair and Mark was happy that I decided to get the boat and was glad I choose him to do the work. Yes Marc is nice.. but did Marc know how to work on newer(brand new) model rv. I'd say no and he'll write a diagnosis just to collect money and not feel bad about it.
Mark was great, he came in wasted no time found our 2 main problems and we were up and running again. He even looked at a few repairs and advised use on how to fix them ourselves after we had already paid him. Definitely will be our go to RV guy.
