Poor time management… Booked an appointment with Dr Fok but still need to wait more than 30mins to see him. Hope the doctor and receptionist can manage the appointment schedule better.
A really nice, modern clinic. You can tell they are quite busy and manage a lot of patients/calls/etc. Despite the high workload, the receptionists take the time to be nice and are very patient with you. They are also multilingual - speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin at a minimum (they might speak more but I can’t personally confirm)! They also have an in-house pharmacy which is very convenient. Located in a plaza with a lot of parking and food options.
Dr Beatrice Lau is amazing, and reception is efficient.
I am very disappointed with how this clinic is run. I booked an appointment with the walk-in Doctor because my family doctor is never available. But what's the point of making an appointment if you don't honour the time? I have been waiting for 1h. I might as well just walk in and wait. This bad reviews is more so for reception. The walk-in Doctor here is great though. But the receptionist said it's because the doctor is running behind. But even so, the receptionist should have informed the patients of this.
