This place customer service is rude and their policies are extreme. This was my first time trying out this place and it was for my birthday. When they called to confirm with me (I had two appointments), the employee said that my appointment was at 12:15. I inquired about my 11 AM appointment, she kept insisting my appointment was at 12:15. So that’s what I went with. When I get there, the receptionist was rude, not friendly.
