I signed up for yellow pages simply to give this one great review. I called 360 limo and Scotty picked up. He was incredibly professional and answered all of my questions quickly and politely. Despite having what other limo companies would consider a last minute request (the day before), he was able to accommodate my transportation needs. deaer customer who wrote this bs.... after you changed your reservation 3 times.... for your free 30 minute certificate..... the time you now demanded,,,, was un able to do... so I called a friendly competitor for you.... and paid for your free certificate so your 8 yr old will have his party... and you free 30 minute limo ride was honored... I booked 360 Limo for my son's party at 2pm today and 360 Limo called me and cancelled a couple hours before my son party and told me sorry we cant do your party to reschedule for Wednesday or Thursday. I told the man how could i reschedule a party that starts in a couple of hours and he said there is nothing else he could do and hung up on me. That is definitely bad business and this company ruined my day and my son party.
Booked a limo a month in advance and called to verify arrangements 5 days prior to event and found out they did not reserve the limo for me and refused to offer me another limo for the times I had previously requested.
