360 Legal Support was hired by the Pinnacle Law Office in Vancouver WA. This was an easy service for them which I will was served in a timely manner how ever they failed to file the proof of service with the courts prior to the court date. This cost me a days worth of work for court and for trying to straighten out the mess and get the paperwork needed to proceed with my case. Supposedly being second to none I would have thought they would have followed all the steps needed for this job.
I hired 360 Legal Support, Mike Elerath, to serve papers to a party residing in Clark County. I mailed him the documents along with enough information to make the serving easy for him. I also sent him a check for his services. Within three days he cashed the check. I tried NUMEROUS times to contact Mike on the status and only received one text back (three days later) stating that he was out of town on family business.
