It's been years since I've stepped into a Crossfit gym. I stepped in here with a dear friend of mine and it felt like home. These coaches care if you know the movements right and give scale downs for everyone. It's a place where you won't feel judged but given high fives that you showed up and worked. Can't imagine going anywhere else.
This gym is all around AMAZING! As someone who travels for work, this gym definitely made me feel like I was at home! The coaching is second to none! I Would go out of my way to drop in here again!!!
I joined in my late 40s. I have been at it for a year and a half. The staff is supportive and encouraging. They challenge you to go beyond your comfort zone. My mobility has improved drastically. The changes I have seen have encouraged 3 of my children to join also.
