A year and a half ago, I walked into 360 Iron CrossFit hoping to rebuild a life I thought I had lost. Five years ago, my body was literally falling apart. I experienced ruptured tendons, needed emergency hernia surgery, and had days when I couldn’t walk, cook, or do much on my own.
