We met with several firms before we decided to have 360 house remodeling handle our kitchen renovation project. The scope of the project included installing new kitchen, hardwood flooring throughout the downstairs and taking down a wall. They understood what we were trying to achieve and worked with us to enable us to live in our home during construction. For a 8 week project we felt that we knew what was happening week by week and they finished on time We would not hesitate to use 360 house remodeling for future projects.
360 turned my old tub shower into a walking and I'm so glad I did it. The crew were super friendly and easy to have around, and the work came out better than I expected. seriously great work by them. I would recommend them if your thinking about redoing your bathroom.
We had a bad experience with a landscape contractor before so we were super careful picking someone for our bathroom remodel, we got quotes from 4 places and ended up going with 360 House Remodeling. Why? tons of good reviews, and Ilir and Arber were just straight with us. No pressure, no sales stuff, just options and we felt good about them right away. Once the work started they kept us in constant communication the whole time, every step, we knew what was going on.
360 House Remodeling did an awesome job. I had them come out for an estimate to redo my kitchen and dining room, and put in new floors through the whole house. They actually listened to what I wanted and came back with a plan that matched exactly what I was going for. They finished everything in the time they told me, and I’m super happy with how it turned out.
We have a house in Edmonds, in a nice area that we got lucky when we bought it in 2010, and because of our nice house seems like every contractor was trying to upcharge us, Ilir sent us a fair and very detailed estimate and we decided to hire them for our bathroom remodel.
