Found a leak on Monday morning with my hot water heater plumbing. Chris was at my house before 10am and the issue was fixed within an hour! Excellent same-day service! Thank you!!!
Chris and his team are phenomenal. I’ve always had the best experience when using 360 Home Pros. From the initial call/text to the finished product. I would recommend them to family and friends and trust that they will be treated just the same as I am with quality work. Thanks for all you guys do!
We have water damage from the materials 360 Home Pros used. Chris acknowledged this issue was known and that he would fix it. We used to hold Chris in high regards, but after reporting this issue to him earlier this year, he's been extremely difficult to contact. Since the issue came up, we've been extremely patient with Chris but unfortunately his communication skills have been subpar. Caveat Empor.
