My appointment was scheduled for 0900 on 30 December. It’s now 0930. I’ve called twice, left a message; sent a text and an email. My time is just as important as this company. I’m now going through the hassle of finding someone else to do the job.
Stephen was quick to reach out to me this morning after I contacted my landlord & provide a ETA of the tech’s arrival time. They came out accessed the issue quickly, got the parts & installed everything. He kept me updated as to what was taking place & needed to be done. Even after I went to the house to turn everything on & nothing happened. Stephen made sure the guy came back, tested & checked to make sure everything was up & running in a matter of moments. I've been using 360 Energy for all of the work on my home and it's always been an absolute joy. Stephen is very communicative, explains what needs to be done clearly, charges a fair rate for only the work that really needs to be done - no price gouging or unnecessary work.
