I recently had a gas leak in my home that required extensive work to get the heat back on. In less than 24 hours Rick and Lewis were out at my house working to solve the problem that day. Afterwards they explained and documented the work they did, thoroughly cleaned the space, and gave my family peace of mind. In the end the price seemed very fair, being a lot less than was estimated by a third party!

Honesty and integrity! Recently my parents furnace stopped working, they called enbridge who sent over their team to take a look, immediately without any in-depth troubleshooting, they told us we had to replace the whole unit , a roughly 6-7k total repair job. I recently had a gas leak and furnace issues. Ricardo and his team conducted the repairs and replaced the furncace... And I couldn't be more pleased with their work! They were extremely professional and courteous. They provided a very thorough quote with details of exactly what needed to be done and options. They also took the time to provide education and as a new homeowner, this was greatly appreciated. I recommend 360 heating & cooling and will definitely use their services again.
