Started classes last year with Ben, the exercise physiologist, and slowly I am noticing small improvements in my movement. I've perfected the art of being a lounge lizard over many years, and I am not a gym junkie, but Ben is so encouraging and supportive that I really look forward to classes every week. I'm going on a cruise in June so I am working towards improving my mobility by then. I cannot recommend Ben's classes enough. Thank you 360.
My mother went here and saw a Specialist... After my mother mentioned to the specialist that she does not eat 3 meals a day, the specialist said to her, and I quote, "let me stop you there, you can't tell me that you don't eat because if that was the case you would look like you had come out of a concentration camp, and you obviously don't". How incredibly rude and unprofessional! So she insults my mother by basically calling her fat, she was judgemental, and on top of that, she made a comment about concentration camps!!! Wh... read more
I recently saw Exercise Physiologist Cherry at 360 Health. Her attention to detail, friendliness and overall professionalism stood out to me! She really took the time to go over my goals and health needs which has really elevated my strength. Highly recommend! Thank you heaps :)
I seen Michelle the Diabetic Educator and she was fabulous. Explained everything so well and made things very easy to follow. Can highly recommend, has made my life a lot easier that is for sure.
