I am highly impressed with Katie's work. The combination of massage and exercise sessions provide a lasting cure to headaches. She also greatly helped me with recovery from post-concussive syndrome. The exercises she recommended were essential to my recovery.

Katie is awesome! She provides not only excellent massage services, but she also offers exercise sessions to give you exercises to improve the root problems that are causing pain. It is like where massage therapy meets PT. I would highly recommend her services!
While on vacation in Colorado, I was referred to Katie for help with chronic back and neck pain. Katie is an amazing therapist and trainer. My session with her was a perfect highlight during my vacation. I've never had such a great experience with anyone who did so much to make me feel better. The next time that I visit Colorado, I will make sure that I set aside time to see her again. Amazing!
