Francine is brilliant. I hate styling my hair and have worn it in a long-layered ponytail most of my life, planning to wear it down but never doing it. Don’t have a face for a pixie cut. Francine gave me a cut that I can literally wear down any time and look good - whether my hair is dirty (most of the time), clean, styled or not. She also does beautiful color. She really is an expert and an artist. Also very friendly and makes the appointment fun. Can’t recommend highly enough!

I would like to thank Francine for the awesome cut and consultation. She took her time and listened, made great suggestions. It had been a while since I have been to someone who knows what they are doing. Her salon is beautiful, nice staff. It had been a rough year for me personally and I left feeling whole again. Pleasantly surprised from the time I walked in until the time I left! This is a beautiful salon with beautiful views. Master Stylist Francine did a beautiful job on my hair. She spent extra time talking to me about the look I wanted and followed through with a beautiful cut. She took the time to tell me what tools I will need to style my new cut and made recommendations. A young lady did my hair I showed her a picture of how I wanted it and completely ruined my hair and I never been so disappointed in a haircut in my life. You guys cannot let people who don’t have much experience to cut hair. Who knows how long it will take to get my full volume of hair back.
