I highly recommend 360 Strength and Conditioning. It’s a great facility with a welcoming, supportive atmosphere and a strong community feel. A big shoutout to the coaches. They are highly knowledgeable and pay close attention to proper technical form. If you're looking for an excellent strength and conditioning gym with great people and a friendly atmosphere, 360 is definitely the place to go.
Joining a new gym is daunting. Most of us are familiar with the feeling. New environment, new people, new worries. Yet, walking into these doors you are quickly welcomed. Theres a community of people from all walks of life that are here for a myriad of reasons. Yet the goal is the same. Have fun, get fit and respect one another. There is no hierarchy. Such a welcoming gym. Coaches are great and the whole gym definitely lifts your confidence and fitness
Super supportive trainers and community. Lots of encouragement and positive vibes without any judgement. Great coaches adapt to my skill level and injuries but also challenge me to give things a go - and more often than not I do things I didn't think I could.
