We have been using 360 Fire Prevention for many years for all of our buildings and find their technicians to be very knowledgeable, thorough and reliable. Dealing with their office staff is also a pleasure. Great people, great service. Highly recommend!
Was referred to them by an architect. He stopped by to see the property and never sent an estimate after multiple follow up and promises! As a small business owner myself, it’s unprofessional to waste someone’s time if you have no intention to send an estimate for the job.
Extremely rude and unprofessional. We had an agreed upon time for service and no one came. They didn’t even bother to call. I called them and they finally sent someone who was very rude and left without doing the work. I gladly called another company who arrived at the scheduled time, performed the needed service and were less expensive.
Excellent quality work with very professional workers. I highly recommend them.
