Every visit has been a great experience! The staff is always welcoming, professional, and efficient. Dr.Nguyen is highly skilled, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and ensures I’m comfortable throughout the entire process. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, making every appointment smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients, I highly recommend them!

Dec 2024 Update: As usual, Dr. Nguyen and staff are prompt, courteous, and professional. Dr. Nguyen graciously agreed to perform my cleaning which is normally done by their hygienist who was out sick. I greatly appreciated not needing to reschedule. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I strongly discourage anyone from visiting 360 Family Implants Dentistry - Dr. Nicole Nguyen and Christopher Gonzales in Grand Prairie Texas. My experience with this office has been deeply disappointing.
