Very happy with Josh. He identified an issue with a broken vent joint and told me I could fix it before he cleaned it or he could get the part and come back to do it. He explained what I needed to do and how easy it was for me to fix it. I went with having him fix it as he was so reasonable, helpful and spent time explaining. Really good guy and I recommend the service.
