I’ve been to many general dentists, but none of them helped me the way 360 Dental has. I truly thought my lower teeth were a lost cause until Dr. Danoukh reassured me that there was so much that could be done—not only to deeply clean my teeth, but also to straighten them. I brought my daughter here because she was in significant dental pain. She ended up needing an emergency open med procedure, and we were told she now requires two root canals. From the beginning, the experience was confusing and frustrating. After the initial visit, the staff presented me with a menu of procedures and prices. I explained clearly that my daughter has Medi-Cal/dental coverage, so the necessary treatment should be covered. I was told we had to wait a few days for authorization. I have gum recession, something I am very self-conscious about, and warned them before I went in. This was back in February.I heard the staff LOUDLY discussing my condition in the hallway while I was in the chair, and it made me feel even worse. Plus, I heard the nurse/desk person loudly beating some patient on the phone while I was waiting for my appointment.. The whole experience was very negative. I had an appointment at this dental office, I was told I needed a root canal had a second opinion found out that was incorrect. I had a feeling when I went in here they were trying to dupe me. Very untrustworthy!

360-Dental is just wonderful. The office is very clean and sanitized, the people working here are just great. Dr. Danoukh is awesome, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything clear as a bell. Highly recommended to anyone who needs work done on their teeth.
