Increasingly inaccurate preparation of complex tax return causing CRA reassment and large amounts of additional money to be paid over & above this tax preparer's work. Other unexplainable issues: giz. 2023+ paper only filing of clients' returns!?
I am not happy with her work nor her personality. She doesn't know how to respect and treat her clients. I went to her to fill my incomrax for 2023. There is an important document missing which i need from her, but unfortunately she shout at me and refuse to give it to me. Once you pay her,forget about any further services from her. I am very disappointed. I don't recommend her at all.
