My building just switched from 360 property management to performance property management in Toronto, and having the ability to compare the two, I can tell you unequivocally that 360 is way more on top of their game. They answer emails, they return calls, and they treat you well. I really wish my building didn't make this switch. C'est la vie, but 360 is solid.
The thing about this company is that they neither answer phone calls nor respond to emails. It seems they’re aware that their working style involves questionable practices, and any communication with clients could expose them to further trouble. I’m genuinely curious to see how they’ll react when multiple clients decide to take legal action.
