I forgot I had posted this review shortly after installation (2022) and gave it a five star. We would not deal with this company again. Their focus was totally on bringing in business, and in our experience, customer service post sale was virtually non existent. We have opted to go with another company for ongoing maintenance.
Excellent service and quality, polite and prompt.
I came home to a cold damp house and realized the heat pumps were not working. I have never used 360 before but decided to call. They promised a technician would come between 12 and 4pm and true to there word the technician called at 3.15 ish to say he was 30 minutes away. I then received a text whereby I could track the technician all the way to my house. I have been very disappointed with this company as of late. We bought a heat pump a few years ago, we had a good experience with the sales rep and he sold us on things that have proven to not be very true. We were told our unit would run as quiet as an electric toothbrush which would be nice since it’s right outside our bedroom window. This is not the case, we have had multiple service techs come out and the last one laughed and said “sales people like to say those things but they aren’t true”. I was serviced by Chevy, I was very impressed by his professionalism. He was quick and efficient, not wasting anytime in rooting out the problem and solving it, despite it not being a simple fix. I will definitely be requesting his service again if needed in the future.
